We are available weekdays 8-7 and Saturday mornings. Appointments are essential.

Can you help with...?

We have helped a lot of people with a lot of different conditions. However, everyone is different so we have to determine what is causing the issue in the first place.

That’s why we conduct a complete history and exam before putting together a plan that will take you from where you are now to where you want to be. We go through what’s going on, what we can do about it and how long it will take.

Do you accept HICAPS/Private health

YES! We now have HICAPS.

Do you accept medicare?

If you have a chronic disease management plan from your doctor, then yes. There will be a gap of $67 for the initial and $19 for a subsequent visit.

Do you offer discounts for…?

We offer a $10 discount for pensioners and students.

What happens on my first visit?

During your first visit we will have a chat about what brings you in, then perform a physical exam which is usually some gentle bending and twisting and we will assess your spine with our hands.

We will then talk you through what the problem is, how we can help, and how long we expect fixing it to take.

You then have all the information to decide if you want to go ahead with care. If you do you will then get your first adjustment. You need to allow 30 mins for this appointment.

How much does it cost?

Your first consult consists of a full history and examination to find the cause of your issues and includes your first treatment. This costs $125.

Subsequent visits are $79 unless an extended appointment is required. If for example you require dry needling or an updated exam. These are $97.

Where are you located/Where do I park?

Our rooms are located in Umina Peak Physique, 236 West St, Umina Beach. There is ample parking on the street or the carpark on Norman St.

Just walk in the gyms entrance and were are immediately to your right.

How long are the appointments?

You need to allow 30 minutes for your first appointment, 10 minutes for a regular appointment and 20 minutes for an extended appointment.
